ALERT Feb 3, 2012- Recent break-ins in the Jackson Creek area remind us that it is highly important to keep our garage, home and car doors locked...especially overnight. it is smart as well to take your garage door opener inside if you park in the driveway. Get to know your neighbor also...this is one more way to help deter crime or be able to recognize it when it happens. Although crime is rare in the area...it should not cause us to be careless. The break-ins all felt more oportunistic in nature and no harm seems to have been reported from any of the incidents. From first hand sources...it would seem that only cash and easy to grab items were targeted.
Annual Holiday Potluck and Association Meeting was a Great Success
The potluck and meeting brought just over 17 households out for a great time. We enjoyed a wonderful meal together followed by a very informative meeting where we were able to officially vote in 5 members to serve on the Board of Directors. The proposed 2012 budget was also ratified. These are all very exciting things that will set our leadership up for great success in the year to come. A huge thank you to everyone who made it out for this incredingly beneficial community event!

Richmond Homes is nearly done building out the remaing lots. They have poured the foundations for the final two homes and will surely be finished soon. Silverwood has contracted Challenger Homes to build out the remaing lot on Chesapeake and is also well on their way to completion. This will soon mark the first time when heavy construction is no longer present in our community. We would like to thank everyone for all of their patience and understanding in the development of a wonderful community for the future. We're also asking that you continue that spirit only a small time longer. Please continue expressing any concerns to our management company and they will ensure that the appropriate actions are taken.

THE COMMUNITY PICNIC WAS A HIT!!!
Thanks to everyone who made it out in July of this year! It was a fantastic time of building community; meeting neighbors, enjoying great food together and watching children play joyfully in a giant giraffe. We look forward to next year and hope that more people can join us for this fun time!
